Here's a sponsorship that will have your logo in front of attendees throughout the entire conference! A four-color sign with your company's logo will be the first thing people see as they enter the session meeting rooms. Cyber Café $7,500
A popular offering that attendees appreciate! Workstations will be set up in the Expo Hall so attendees can surf the Internet and check their e-mail — with your company’s home page as the web browser default. We’ll also produce a four-color drop-down sign over the café that recognizes you as the sponsor. Have mouse pads with your company's logo? Bring them and we'll set them out too!
Welcome Reception ; $7,500
Attendees of the Human Resource Executive® Forum and the HR & EEO in the Federal Workplace™ Conference will mix and mingle with their peers and exhibitors at this year's HR Week Welcome Reception. Held the Monday evening before the official conference starts, it's a great opportunity for attendees to connect with colleagues and to relax and settle in for the two exciting days ahead. Be recognized as the official sponsor of this year's Welcome Reception — an evening filled with fun, food and invaluable networking. We'll produce and prominently display signs with your logo at the Reception — linking your company's name with an event that everyone enjoys.
Banner Signage $7,000
We'll produce your four-color banner that will be prominently displayed in high-traffic areas. A great way to increase your visibility at the show! Call your sales representative for details on where your banner will hang. Includes the cost of the banner which you can take home to use again!
Registration Area $5,000
Your company's logo will be one of the first things attendees see as we include your four-color logo on the kick panels of the registration booths where they pick up their credentials. Add the signs we produce for this area right outside the show floor, and you've got the first big visibility of any company participating in the event!
Expo Hall Floor Plan $5,000
Attendees use this 4-page stand-alone copy of the Expo Hall Floor Plan, with the list of exhibitors, to help them navigate the show floor. Your company's four-color ad fills the entire back page and your logo is given a prominent place on the plan itself.
Expo Hall Carpet Stickers $5,000
Eye-catching and hard to miss! Strategically place your logo and booth number on the main walkways of the Expo Hall. We'll adhere four of your four-color logos (approximately 4' x 4') to the Expo's carpeted aisles in high-traffic areas. A great way to reach attendees as they tour the exhibits! Just give us your logo and we'll do the rest.
Lunch in the Expo Hall – Tuesday and/or Wednesday $5,000 each
Just about every conference attendee eats their lunch in the Expo Hall. Each lunch will feature your company's logo prominently displayed on professionally produced signs near many food and beverage stations Plus, further your exposure by providing napkins and cups with your company's logo.
Press Room $5,000
We’ll produce your company’s four-color logo on signs outside the press room, use your company’s home page as the default home page on the room’s computers and give you the exclusive opportunity to furnish cups and napkins for the refreshments we’ll provide.
Continental Breakfasts – Tuesday and/or Wednesday $3,500 each
Get the attendees off to a great start — and get them thinking about your company — first thing in the morning. Each breakfast will feature your company's logo prominently displayed on professionally produced signs near many food and beverage stations. Send us napkins and cups with your logo to increase your visibility!
Refreshment Breaks $3,500 each
Attendees will be sure to thank you for providing a well-deserved break in between sessions. We'll produce and prominently display signs with your logo at several food and beverage stations in the Expo Hall. Further your exposure by providing cups and napkins with your logo as well as promotional material at the tables.

Registration Pens $3,500
Your company will be the exclusive provider of the pens used at registration. The pens that you provide with your company’s logo will be one of the first sponsored items that attendees see and carry with them throughout the conference.
Exhibitor Lounge $2,000
Are you marketing to the exhibitors? If so, then this is the sponsorship for you. Get your message in front of our exhibitors as they head into this lounge, stocked with beverages and snacks. Tables and chairs are provided, so be sure to bring literature that exhibitors can browse through as they take a break from the show floor.
